Enter Your Bird Sightings Here!

Keeping records of the birds that observers see allows Travis Audubon Society to complete projects such as the popular Austin Bird Checklist. The data also provide other useful information such as the relative rarity of a given bird or the time of year it arrives and departs our region. Whether you are on a field trip or just birding your own backyard, please enter the records of what you see here, and they will be collected by our Bird Records Committee, entered into a database, and eventually published by Travis Audubon Society. Remember: All your sightings are important to our database, so please don't hesitate to enter records for all the birds you see. Thank you for participating in "citizen science."
